Wake up every day saying out loud a positive phrase. It makes a difference!

Neuroscience and linguistics indicate that humans think with words. By altering the words that “speak” in our thoughts, we are altering the way we think. Besides, NLP suggests that we think with our body, as well.  For instance, when we are sad, we tend to look downwards, and the other way around; when we look downwards we tend a bit more to having melancholic thoughts. By making a change in our body, we change the way we see things. Taking a deep breath, looking high in the sky or saying out loud a motivating phrase such as, “Yes, I Can“, we make the mind-body unity to think accordingly.
