Take 10 minutes of visualisation

Spend daily 10 minutes to withdraw to quietness, to concentrate and make the achievement of your goal an actual image in your mind. Picture your success.  The result is almost magic…By doing so, your body and mind act like you have reached your target, experience a state of motivation and release your full potential. This is called visualisation and it is pure logic, endorsed by several scientific researches.

Have you ever watched the 100m runners just before the race? Most of them gaze somewhere at the end of the track, some of them wear sunglasses, and some have their eyes closed. No, they do not pretend to be super stars. They do not show off. They just practice visualisation. They visualise themselves winners, doing their best; and they do it.

  1. Thanks for letting me camp out in your blog for a little while today. I had a great time and tried to leave my campsite as good as when I arrived. I’ll be back!
